Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your kitchenware,  but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:

• Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Exchanges:

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
